However, please note that this is not a guaranteed 48-hour service, and while most parcels are delivered within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.

As the delivery process is managed by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if your parcel is not delivered within the 48-hour timeframe, as this is beyond our control.

Return Labels: We can provide you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Return Label for £4.99, as soon as we have received the request Via your account (order history), we will send a link to the payment portal. Once paid, we will send you the downable shipping label to return the item back to us via Royal Mail (post office). UK Customers Only
