Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds and include VAT, which may be adjusted if the VAT rate changes from 20%. Delivery costs, based on your shipping location, are added to the total unless your order exceeds £80.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
  2. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for inaccuracies or outdated content.
  3. We are not responsible for data breaches unless caused by our negligence. We are not liable for your inability to use the Web Site or for unforeseeable losses.
  4. We will not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, wars, floods, changes in law).
  5. Except as stated, our total liability for physical damage caused by our negligence is capped at £5,000 per event. Other claims, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

  8. If you're a consumer (not purchasing for business), you may cancel your order and receive a refund within 7 days after receiving the goods. E-Vouchers

  1. E-Vouchers are emailed to the recipient on the date specified by the purchaser.
  2. The recipient must log in or create an account with the email address the voucher was sent to.
  3. Payment for the E-Voucher is charged at the time of purchase, not on the date of issue.
  4. You can purchase multiple E-Vouchers with different values.
  5. E-Vouchers are only valid once the confirmation email is received.
  6. Cancellations must be made by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase.
  7. E-Vouchers cannot be returned or used to purchase other vouchers.
  8. Items bought with E-Vouchers can be returned or exchanged. Any additional sum paid over the voucher value will be refunded. Remaining balances will be retained for future use.
  9. If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid at checkout. If your purchase is less, the remaining balance will be saved.
  10. Online E-Vouchers cannot be used in-store, and in-store Gift Vouchers cannot be used online.
