For online purchases, Makrom operates a 14 day no-quibble returns policy on all products from the date of receiving. Thereafter products can be returned for an exchange in size only. We do not provide customer with return labels.

There is a £1.99 return fee per return parcel for **Repeat Customers** when returning online orders to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged the fee if an item is determined to be faulty or incorrect or if this is your first order with us

A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused, including its original swing tag labels. We require the product to be in the same condition you received it in and in a condition that will allow us to sell it to another customer as new.
